PGT WinGuard (vinyl or aluminum)

Standard inclusion. Vinyl non-insulated is the included base spec; vinyl Low-E and aluminum are priced upgrades. Both frames carry Miami-Dade NOA and Florida HVHZ Product Approval. Aluminum offers slimmer sightlines for larger spans; vinyl is the only frame option for double-hung windows.

Construction is per the engineered plans for the site, with a standing seam metal roof and impact-rated openings per schedule. The home is currently under construction with estimated delivery in 2026.
