Do I have to do all of this at once?
No. Solar, storage, and a smart panel are designed to work together, but you can stage them. Many homeowners start with solar or a Powerwall and add the rest later. Standing seam metal and Solar Roof both make future additions clean.
How do the federal incentives work?
PrimeBid presents two incentive-realization paths at proposal, Midas My Incentives and Full Transfer, so the federal incentive value is applied to your project rather than waiting for tax season. Talk to your CPA about which path fits your situation.
Is PrimeBid a Tesla partner?
PrimeBid Energy is a Tesla Certified installer. We hold Tesla Energy Premier Installer, Solar Roof Premier, and Powerwall Premier certifications, and the company was founded in 2022 after a pilot Solar Roof project with the Tesla Energy team. We are not a Tesla franchise or partner.
Will solar and a battery get me through an outage?
Solar alone shuts down during a grid outage for safety. Paired with a Powerwall, your home keeps running on stored energy and recharges from the sun each day. Most Southwest Florida homes run 2 to 4 Powerwalls for whole-home backup including AC and a pool pump.
